Founded by a Norwegian inventor who fell in love with the area more than 13 years ago, Torio Properties & Developments has grown over the years as more people have joined our community and added their skill set to the team. After years of hard work creating the basic infrastructure and town layout, we are finally seeing the first fruits of a vision that was sown more than a decade ago.
MISSION
To preserve and protect our ecosystems thus enhancing them for our community, this region and the planet. To achieve this mission, we are committed to consider the requirements of the regions ecosystems in all design and operating decisions.
VISION
Our vision is to create and maintain an eco-sustainable, diverse community, where permaculture principles, arts, culture and an active lifestyle are core elements of our town. We envision a place where we can raise happy, healthy children, enjoy clean food grown from within our valley and create a high quality of life for all our residents.
OUR PURPOSE
To deliver a sustainable experience in land and home ownership that purposely enhances the quality of life for the current and future generations living in our community. Our efforts will serve as an example for the rest of the region and will benefit the global movement towards a sustainable ecofriendly future.
