Rolling green mountains and lush jungle hideaways, where the ocean sunset is just the beginning of what makes this region so spellbinding.

Roughly in the middle, you will find Torio - a small burgeoning community of people who like to think and live different.

We are a group with backgrounds and ages so varied, you would have a hard time finding one common trait between all of us, if it wasn't for our shared love of our jungle home.

We come from all around the world and from all walks of life. Artists, engineers, surfers, architects, electricians, farmers, cooks, entrepreneurs, graphic designers, yoga lovers, fishermen, hikers, musicians, lawyers, birdwatchers… Our differences are woven into the very fabric of our growing community - and they make us stronger.

That one thing that we do have in common? Our love for our area? We enjoy the ___ out of it. We want to make it as good as it can be, while also preserving life and nature in its purest expression.

Yes, we have the stunning views of the ocean. We also have the beautiful valleys just waiting to become somebody's home or garden. Hey, we even have our very own waterfalls within walking distance of our town.

But most of all, we have people with vision.

And when you have enough people with vision in one small area - well then, anything is possible, don't you think?

A WORD ABOUT PANAMA

While the Panama Canal has made this beautiful land a household name, the rest of the country, for the most part, remains a well-kept secret.

Panama is surrounded by water and blessed with an abundance of flora and fauna that turns its countryside into verdant landscapes. A tropical climate keeps everything lush and majestic for the better part of the year.

A small bridge of land connecting two oceans, Panama's narrow stretch makes it the shortest passageway of the Americas, turning this small isthmus into a huge place of transit.
